Clare started her recruitment career in 1998 and has worked across most markets and specialisms through the years.

She formed Office Owls in 2019 to close a skills gap in the local area for strong business support, sales, HR and legal clients and candidates in the Bristol area. Office Owls expanded its service to all regions of the UK in 2020, based on demand.

Clare offers expertise in contingency, headhunting and retained recruitment and offers talent solutions to suit all markets and positions.

When Clare is not running the day to day operations of Office Owls, she enjoys kayaking, snowboarding, spending time with her family. She has plenty of things on her bucket list for the next few years but one of them is getting to Bora Bora – one day!
